What You’ll Do
- Funnel Building: Help set up and scale paid advertising campaigns on Google Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Retargeting networks.
- Conversion Creative: Write high-converting ad copy, headlines, and call-to-actions that grab attention in crowded feeds.
- Audience Vetting: Test laser-targeted audience segments, industry demographics, and custom remarketing lists.
- Landing Page Testing: Assist in running A/B tests on landing pages to decrease Cost Per Lead (CPL) and boost conversion rates.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up Google Tag Manager events, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking pixels to verify clear attribution.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 0–2 years of hands-on experience or relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot).
- Data-Minded: Strong comfort level with numbers, spreadsheet analysis, and identifying patterns in user behavior.
- Problem Solver: Curiosity to figure out why an ad creative is performing well or how to optimize a underperforming ad campaign.
- Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in US English.
